Not responsible for lost or damaged items, but I will always state in the listing & include photos if there is any pre-existing damage

Photocards will be secured in a sleeve + top-loader (cardboard if it's a bigger item), secured to a greeting card with gentle tape, albums will be secured with bubble wrap and placed in a bubble mailer. Envelopes will be reinforced with stronger tape.

I reuse materials sometimes (toploaders, sleeves, freebies)! I'll clean them up to the best of my ability but you may see evidence of reuse such as washi tape residue

I will always provide an initial video of the item(s), a photo for packing/address confirmation, and a video of me mailing out your item(s).

I will never price GOs to make a profit, only to cover costs. If I round up at all (for ktwitter cards) it's to the nearest 25cents and I consider the extra to cover time/supplies

For sets bought from ktwitter, I will average out the price of all cards to eliminate member pricing and typically round to the nearest 25cents when calculating price per card

GOs will be split into either 2 or 3 payments depending on whether it's going to a proxy address first and how quickly I'm able to determine shipping costs. This will be detailed in the post

GO participants will be added to a group chat where I will provide proof of purchase, give timely updates on the status of items and make any payment requests

Claims, payment status and shipping status will be kept track of in a spreadsheet

Please don't back out once you've made a claim unless you've found a replacement

If damage occurs during the proxy or website shipping go me, I will work to get a refund from the proxy/order website and pass along the refund. I always take unboxing videos for this reason!

I will always securely and thoroughly package items to the best of my ability and am not responsible for damage that occurs in transit from me to you. If you feel damage was caused by a package deficiency, please contact me via DM.

For comeback GOs, I'll offer all the usual member sorting options- Album + Inclusions + POB, Inclusions + POB, or POB only

I will state in the post itself if the GO is for a video call attempt for myself, if I'm raffling off a video call opportunity, or if it's just for a POB/lucky draw

If it's for a video call attempt for myself and I win, shipping costs will be discounted

If I'm raffling off a video call attempt, you'll have the option to opt out if you just want the goodies and not the fan call chance!

If you do want to participate in the raffle, you MUST be comfortable providing me with your personal information in the event that you win.

I have no control over how quickly items get to me but will keep the group chat updated consistently!

I am buying the majority of photocard sets from Korean sellers on Twitter; I message and communicate with them to purchase the set, get proof, have them sent to my kaddy, etc

I have no control over how quickly these items get to me. Sometimes the seller is quick, sometimes they take a while to get things sent out! I will keep the group chat consistently updated and provide proof of the various steps in the process

Be aware: K-twitter is a very different place from Instagram when it comes to buying and selling! There is no culture of "proofs"; accounts generally have few or zero followers and this is completely normal.

Since the payment is happening directly by bank transfer, there's no kind of protection if any transaction ends up being a scam.

I always do my due diligence of asking for a proof shot of the item (with my username and timestamp) and searching Twitter for the seller's bank account number for any callout posts about them being a potential scammer, and general sussing out of red flags

I've successfully purchased hundreds of cards from ktwitter at this point (working with a couple dozen sellers). I personally am not concerned and don't believe Verivery is a big fandom target for scammers

THAT BEING SAID for the sake of contigency, I did come up with some expectations in the event of a ktwitter scam:

If it was a set I was planning to buy regardless of getting GO claims or not, I'll take the full financial hit and full refunds will be issued. This will not be common, but I will state in the post if this is the case.

If I am only buying additional cards from the set because of claims from the GO, I will provide half refunds in the event of a scam. This is because normally I would only be buying the 1 card I need and calling it a day, putting much less of my own money at risk, but by joining the GO you are asking me to buy this card on your behalf knowing and accepting the risks.

If the card wasn't part of a GO but something you specifically reached out to ask me to buy for you, no refund will be offered if it's a scam, as I'm essentially just acting as your proxy in these cases.
